• Provide advice to others using our platform (you may share your own experience but not give professional guidance)
• Bulk access scrape, harvest, systematically download, or resell our datasets or generated reports, except where our Data & Content Licensing Policy expressly permits
• Circumvent controls bypass rate limits, access restrictions, or security measures; probe or test security without written permission
• Upload harmful content including unlawful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing material; or interfere with other users
• Automated decisions use RatesAppeal for automated property decisioning with legal effects without human oversight
• False information provide incorrect property details or misrepresent your identity
• Commercial redistribution resell, republish, or commercialize our research tools or data without written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.
